Key Objectives of the Role:  The environment is highly challenging as deliverables need to be achieved across multiple locations, multi-cultural teams within Capgemini and Client.  Key objectives are:   - To conceive, plan and execute the RPA program - analysis, execution and post implementation maintenance  - Accountable for client relationship and delivery regarding RPA and associated contractual obligations  - Owner for RPA business case and accountable to deliver desired benefits (USD 1 million)  - To guide and oversee the successful completion of RPA program according to the Capgemini contractual commitment with the client; ensuring proper client relationship management, external and internal governance.   - To be the single point of contact for client for this programme  - To ensure that adequate supervision, governance and communication framework in place for successful completion  - To ensure adequate internal governance in place, internal escalation in case of needs.  Key Responsibilities   - Custodian of RPA business case and responsible for ensuring realisation of business benefits.  - Define and validate the plan & contractual terms and conditions to comply with the Capgemini obligations and the client expectations  - Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance to contractual commitments to the client  - Build strong client relations with UBS for smooth execution of the programme.   - Ensure the Governance Framework is in place to manage the programme, includes the setting up of the PMO; ensure regular governance (internal and external), escalation of risks takes place   - Ensure that the programme is properly planned, organized, directed and monitored to meet customer requirements, budgeted cost and agreed timescales within practical constraints  - Oversees delivery manager(s) and RPA team working on this programme across multiple teams; Supervising and coordinating between Delivery Manager(s) / Project Manager (s) to ensure that the project meets target ; Coach and support the team   - Ensures that Client's RPA policies / requirements / guidelines are complied with; necessary sign offs are obtained for seamless execution  - Proactively identifies risks impacting the programme and have mitigation plans in place to achieve the desired results; escalate internally and   - To ensure all engagement strategy, approaches, principles and processes comply with published and current Capgemini standards  - To create necessary partnership with various RPA tool vendors (Automation Anywhere and other tools) for licencing, on-going support  - To build a robust model for protection of IP for Capgemini developed RPA codes / solutions; the same to be leveraged for potential new clients; to work with legal / commercial teams and Client for the same.  - To develop a - gain share- mechanism (between Capgemini and Client) for the costs and benefits   - Risk Management (mainly operational risk) is a key element for this program. To ensure that such operational risks are proactively identified for RPA solution, work with teams to put together a mitigation plan and get necessary sign off from client.  Scope  - The role will require to cover multiple delivery teams internally (ops, IT, RTB) across India, London, US and Singapore; also will require to work with UBS key stakeholders including business sponsors and RPA COE.  Critical Success Factors  - Effective communication across the scope  - Collaborative approach with client   - Collaborative approach with teams internally   - Proactive, regular reviews.  - Programme Milestone thresholds are met  - Budget is secured, proper escalation mechanism in place  Interfaces   - Developing and maintaining appropriate communication links and professional relationships with senior stakeholders of Client  - Developing and maintaining appropriate communication links and professional relationships with local management & business stream managers   - Represents, as necessary, Capgemini at contractual and other client and internal delivery related forums and management meetings  - Mentoring and guidance to members of the delivery team engagement team on Capgemini delivery practice compliance and contractual obligations  Person Profile  - Certified Capgemini EM   - A sound appreciation & a comprehensive understanding of the key business and delivery drivers facing a global IT & OPS Outsourcing / managed services set up  - Experience in managing similar RPA program / engagement in Banking / Capital Market / financial services domain, preferably in Automation Anywhere based solutions   - Effective problem solving, organisational, time management and negotiation skills  - Effective team manager with proven coaching and mentoring skills  - Mobility for ad-hoc travel across the engagement locations   - Results oriented and highly motivated with a positive approach to challenging situations  - Effective communication and influencing skills.
