JOB DESCRIPTION:  Consultant/Sr. Consultant - HR Analytics   Location: Bangalore  Key Responsibilities:  - Support in Analysis and reporting in areas related to Human Resource Management such as Workforce Analysis, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development Analysis, Internal Mobility, Attrition Analysis and Predictive modeling.  The consultant performs works on gathering and interpreting relevant data, investigating issues, find root causes, and develops reports/insights for the clients.  - Common responsibilities include strategic operations analysis, scanning business processes, identifying performance trends, bottlenecks, data analysis, data mining, preparation of reports, and project management  - Use strong system skills and business knowledge to examine the effectiveness of client’s operations and to communicate conclusions. Develop reports and analysis for continuous improvement  - The candidate should be able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and conceive more innovative solutions for clients  - The individual should be able to work closely with clients and develop actionable insights & results   Education Requirements   - An MBA from a reputed institute or an Engineer with exceptional work experience/Masters in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research)  Experience Requirements:  - 1-3 years in Analytics  - Exposure to Human Resource Management or HR Operations would be preferred  - Experience in preparing data, performing analyses independently particularly involving large data sets, providing support in the development of practical business recommendations and evaluating associated financial impact.  - Expert use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)  - Working knowledge of analytics tools/platforms (e.g., relational database management systems)  - Working knowledge of statistical tools like SAS/ R/ SPSS is desirable  - Good to have exposure to statistical/data modeling techniques like regression, clustering, CHAID/decision tree etc.  Please Contact Navatha for Further details Phone: 080 - 39972332
