The Cloud Native Center of Excellence Lead is a practice leadership position. This strategic position is responsible to create Cloud Native Solutions, create capability around delivering Application Development projects including architecting and design using Cloud Native principles using Microsoft Azure platform. The role also involves establishing a training curriculum for Cloud Native project roles including Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and Platform Engineers.

The position involves driving the transformation of existing Application Development workforce to become Cloud Native Developers. The position requires an individual with strong personal initiative to build internal and external networks, identifying innovative solutions using Cloud Native Technologies and Tools and present them to clients.

Primary Accountabilities

Build Cloud Native development COE as foremost Authority within the organization.

- Drive solutions using a team of Cloud Native pre-sales architects along with GTM team for Cloud Native projects, Cloud Migrations into Microsoft Azure platform.

Develop and maintain assets related to Cloud Native Solutions, Development, Implementation, Cloud migration, Testing Automation and Cloud Native platforms.

Create a training curriculum and drive workforce talent transformation around Cloud Native Technology areas.

Work with recruitment, sourcing organizations and ensure a constant supply of Cloud Native work force needed for execution of Cloud native projects thru internal and external sources.

Skills and Experience required

Overall 15 to 20 years of experience in IT industry

Minimum 5 years of experience leading COE/Practice development, the creation of Solution accelerators, IPs and Assets significantly leveraging open source.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience driving pre-sales, solutions and GTM strategies

Thorough knowledge of Cloud Native principles, Microservices, experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Experience in projects involving Cloud assessments, migrations, and management.

Demonstrable knowledge on Microsoft Azure Service fabric, API tools, ESB, SOA, J2EE, REST, BDD, TDD, Agile, DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.

Experience working with and delivering for clients in the Financial services industry

Excellent communication skills, strong judgment and the ability to work effectively with clients, Organization leadership, practice management and staff.

Ability to organize and synthesize information provided by stakeholders to outline potential options and solutions to Cloud Native development problems/issues.

Ability to structure and drive working and informational sessions that promote collaboration, achieve synergy and achieve desired outcomes.

Ability to effectively interface with others and develop healthy, productive work interactions.
