Function - We are looking for Compensation & Benefits Administration Senior Process Associate to work with world class team!

Scope - Would be a part of Global team and provide process excellence solutions to HRO.

Role summary

- The incumbent in this role provides comprehensive analytical support to the Global Head of CoE primarily and to the Business as necessary. The Senior Compensation Associate shall be a professional with significant understanding of company policies and procedures. The incumbent should be proficient on working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors with limited supervision. Should be able to interact with senior leaders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Participate and support in the annual salary planning process and annual bonuses of Executives.

- Preparing and providing administrative support for production of annual compensation and bonus letters for all executives.

- Responsible for maintaining VP master data. Complete ownership of identifying and controlling a list of VP support documents and responsible for timely updates and suggesting new ones as needed.

Responsible for working with center teams to support delivery of Non-Executive;

- Pay Budgets

- Pay planning and salary increments

- Bonus payments

- Out of cycle increases and support to midyear pay processes where appropriate.

- Assist with compensation projects, as required, within and across the business related to pay practices, policies and guidelines and provide analytical and operational support.

- Collect, analyze and summarize compensation data to facilitate management decisions and support global initiatives.

- Respond to compensation related queries and coordinate the dissemination of information.

- Monitor relevant systems to ensure integrity of compensation data.

- Be responsible for timely collection and delivery of regular compensation reporting and routine tasks, supporting Global HR team.

- Assist with the preparation of executive summaries and presentations, and support the Global head of CoE on day to day issues.

- HR Tools and Systems: Responsible for timely delivery of reporting by employing company tool for performance and sending regular reports to all Delivery centers for tracking progress. Initiate and facilitate data updates and fixes; submit change requests, liaise with system administrators, communicate status and follow through with involved parties until updates are completed or resolved.

- Develop strong and effective team relationships with Global HRBPs, HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence.

Required Skills

- Proficient with HR data base queries and general knowledge of Human Resources function or disciplines.

- Proven analytical and quantitative skill. Must be able to evaluate a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions and make recommendations.

- Detail oriented and with a commitment to quality and ability to approach assignments strategically and manage completion.

- Excellent organization skills with ability to work on many tasks concurrently

- Effective communicator at all levels. Must be customers service driven with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results.

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft business applications with advanced skills in PowerPoint and excel (must be proficient with pivot tables-Lookups and other functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting)

- Must demonstrate the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality and good global business environment experience.
