Job Description

- Participate in retail pursuits across technology and outsourcing disciplines and contribute on domain aspects

- Participate in diverse forums as a CP&R domain expert and help conceptualize new solutions and accelerators

- Manage scoping, development and business acceptance of CoE solutions working with multiple service lines, BUs and regions

- Present relevant domain and CoE capabilities in customer visits, sales workshops, alliance meetings, roadshows, orals and other platforms.

Must Have:

- Need to demonstrate experience and understanding of Consumer Products and Retail Industry

- Have worked in a BA role or sales support role or functional role for Retail clients

- A post graduate qualification in management and post MBA experience of 4-6 years

- Good verbal communication and presentation skills

Desired Skills:

- Exposure of working with globally dispersed sales/ delivery teams, in a matrix organizational setup.

- Prior work experience in FMCG/ Retail sector will be a plus

- Exposure to any ERP/CRM/BI packages
