Application Transformation solutions to future-proof Clients IT Landscape   Strong in RETAIL Domain with Application Management experience  Analyze the Applications (Business and Technical health) and the Business Processes involved in Client Engagements, in order to build Short-term / Long-term roadmaps to deliver Superior Business and IT Outcomes, reduce Operational Cost, etc.   - Work in a hands-on manner and deliver to high expectations   - Collaborate with Client / Internal Capgemini teams and key Stakeholders   - Facilitate Client Workshops and on-going Client interactions to develop Future-State Business Processes and IT landscape   - Drive periodic reviews of these Initiatives with Client and Internal Steering Committees   - Earn based on the quality of work, Organizational alignment to Define and Drive these Client Engagement initiatives   - Responsible for Customer and Internal Satisfaction, Delivery of Business Impact   - Experience in Managing and Transformation a Client AM Portfolio   - Onsite Client Engagement Management (not People Management) experience   - Strong knowledge of Business Processes and Business Metrics in a Domain   - Evidence of successfully driving Transformation / Change Programs that have delivered Business Impact, Savings and Service improvements   - Strong Program Management Skills   - Ability to work with remote teams   - Can-do Attitude   - Demonstrated zeal for Excellence   - Excellent Clarity of thought, Communication and Presentation skills   - AM / ERP working experience.
