Ltd (SSPL) renowned for IT Products powering Mutual Fund Industry in India. The Company's products are used extensively by Asset management companies, CAMS (India's leading MF RTA), Distributors. The product range is extensive covering areas of customer acquisition, account set up, transaction processing, customer care services, Commission processing, reconciliations, online services, mobile apps, sms based services, call center services. CAMS technology platform and services to Mutual funds are mature and compare with international markets.

CAMS Insurance Repository Ltd and CAMS Investor Services Pvt Ltd are two other subsidiaries of CAMS.

Brief about CAMS:

CAMS is 28 year old company which is professionally managed and owned by Institutions. HDFC Group, NSE Strategic Investments ltd and Acsys Investments are the major share holders of this company.

Purpose of the Role:

Product manager will be at the intersection of business, technology and User experience to manage the B2C and B2B products offered by the company. Will own the definition and delivery of products leveraging emerging technologies & market developments. The role will have responsibility to manage the product portfolio, communication of unique value proposition and assist the business development & sales teams in growing customer base.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

- Develop Product strategy and road-map aligned to market opportunities, organization's goals, strategies and emerging technologies.

- Implement a road-map for maximizing business value of our product offerings.

- Define key Product success metrics.

- Ideate, analyze and iterate to create and launch a successful Product.

- Understand technology stack and work closely with the tech team

- Work closely with business units, Corporate Marketing, Business Development, Analytics teams; clients and consumers to enrich product offerings

- Build a road-map for the mobile strategy of the organization, in line with the Product vision.

- Constantly lookout for innovations and improvements Product benchmarking with Industry product offerings and external benchmarks.

- Manage user experience, conduct periodic surveys.

Qualifications:

- BE / B. Tech & MBA.

- 3-4 years of product management or related experience, including several product/service launches or iterations.

- Experience in a high volume eCommerce environment (BFSI Industry experience preferred)

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (externally and internally at all levels)

- Demonstrated ability to work across and positively influence a large, complex organization

- Proven track record of defining and executing key analyses that generate actionable insights with minimal supervision
