Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires  - Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses  - Collaborate with divisional business managers, leadership, school team captains and other recruiters to develop hiring plans per school  - Organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields  - Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus  - Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges  - Track progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required
