Desired Candidate Profile:

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of campus recruiting experience.

- Previous full cycle recruiting experience with large or major corporations, career center or college campus.

Responsibilities include:

- Build relationships with strategic schools to increase the talent pipeline

- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

- Build relationships with internal business units to garner support for recruitment efforts

- Prepare and deliver offers to candidates, tracking of the offers and manage all candidate preparation for new hire processes including but not limited to; offer management, relocation, background screening and placement.
