- Campaign launch and optimization activities

- Identifying areas of process improvements and contributing on the same

- Identify issues, structure business problems & hypotheses, conduct analysis and develop recommendations

- Interfacing with global vendors for advertising inventory acquisition

- Peer work review and ensuring strict QC standards are met in own projects

- Interact with clients and ensure client delight

- Managing campaigns in a way that set revenue and margin targets are achieved

- Multi-functional team interfacing to resolve campaign related issues

- Contributing to product development activities

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing revenue and margin targets for group of accounts along with complete campaign ownership of these accounts

2. Managing a team of Senior Associate and Creative designers

3. Prioritizing work for the team and monitoring all activities to ensure timely and quality completion

4. Resolving creative or tech interfacing issues

5. Achieving inventory reachability targets by interfacing with global publisher partners

6. All inter function co-ordination which is needed to ensure that campaigns are run smoothly

7. Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities and also institutionalizing the same

8. Identifying resource staffing requirement and hiring

Qualification:

1. Experience: 4 to 6 years

2. Skill set:

- Able to analyze large volumes of data and come up with deep insights

- Capable of identifying issues and structuring business problems & hypotheses, Adept at conducting supporting analyses

- Able to formulate conclusions and develop recommendations

- Ability to define processes and own in a multi-functional environment

- Able to set direction and lead small teams

- Works to foster positive work environment

- Understanding of internet and/or media domains is a plus

3. Education: MBA, B.E./B.Tech(Only from Tier 1 B School)

4. Soft skills:

- Has appreciation of technology and its ability to create value in the marketing domain

- Able to co-ordinate verbal and written discussions with external (client/vendor) teams

- Able to communicate with senior level client/vendor execs

- Articulate & insightful with mid-level client/vendor execs

- Able to structure basic written communications

- Active & contributing team member that leads by example

- Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to set and meet commitments
