Job Summary:  - Sales Lead: Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of an assigned SAP team in the areas of QTC (Sales Aftermarket) functional area. Develops and designs appropriate business processes in conjunction with functional managers, and personally performs action items of all tasks /work items that arrives within team. Submit status reports to leadership team on a regular basis.  - He/she will also be responsible for the overall quality of deliverables and will provide approvals if necessary.  - Responsible for assigning the work (which is actually the service request or incidents) to the team members and continuously monitor their timely closure adhering to the SLA guidelines.  Minimum Job Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related discipline or equivalent experience.  - Minimum 8-10 years of SAP SD/CS configuration experience as a functional consultant.  - Excellent program management skills.  - Demonstrated understanding of project management.  - Ability in building high performance teams.  - Strong stakeholder and interpersonal relationship skills.  - Leadership and negotiating skills with ability to drive change.  - Ability to deliver results in a matrix organization driving delivery excellence through influence and team working.  - Experience working in a global virtual team environment.  - Must have at least two full life cycle SAP implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live).  - Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.  - Effective communicator and executes business partnership effectively.  - Deep cross functional knowledge of SAP applications and associated integration points across modules.  - Well versed in key business process such as order to cash, procure to pay etc across Supply Chain and Service management.  - Work with onsite delivery leads to maximize efficiency and utilization of the offshore project teams.
