- Responsible for acquisition of Corporate/ Govt/ PSUs/ Insurance/ TPA Business  - Works at partnering with large corporates for providing seamless healthcare delivery services to their employees.   - Develops the overall business strategy and oversees the implementation of the business plan to meet the revenue and growth targets as defined and agreed.  - Develop the overall Institutional Services Business strategy.  - Develop the Pricing model for the Institutional Services business.  - Assess and provide solutions for optimal Resource Deployment & Utilization.  - Plan for mitigation of potential issues/causes for escalations and crash landing.  - Implement and execute the Institutional Services business plan.  - Manage the day-to-day operational costs and efficiencies of the Institutional Services business.  - Provide timely resolution of customer escalations.  - Provide inputs for developing/ improving Business & Process Document.  - Participate in Business performance reviews and assess opportunity areas, ensure all Corporate Services measures remain green.  - Institutionalize continuous improvement culture across businesses - 5A / 3D.  - Collaborate with Services Delivery for streamlining and monitoring the management of all service orders on a daily basis  - Evaluate Team learning needs
