Job Purpose :-  The Finance Business focuses on efficient use of financial resources of the company for enhancing the long-term value. It acts as the conscience keeper of the organization and assumes the role of both a controller and an advisor. All the issues relating to the financials are dealt here. Balance Sheet (including inventories), Profit and Loss, Cash Flows, Costing, Budgetary Controls, and Risk Assessment aspects are all addressed through this support business.   It is thus a strategic business partner to all other businesses in the organization, enabling them to take informed decisions.   Business Finance plays a key role in creating wealth for Investors by ensuring the organization achieves its strategic goals and objectives.   The Enabler - Business Finance contributes ideas and provides decision support through Risk management, efficient Pricing strategies, Competitor analysis and Business forecasts and ensures integrity, transparency and service orientation. Thus, playing a vital role in the organization.   Main Accountabilities :   - Provide support for financial analysis  - Contribute ideas for planning and budgetary control  - Help in developing cost center reporting framework and pricing models  - Provide support for risk mitigation and crisis resolution plan  - Develop Annual report, budget report, variance analysis, special reports, monthly P&L and investor presentations  - Manage exception handling  - Ensure ROCE  - Periodically evaluate the efficacy of finance tools deployed and ensure finance measures remain green  - Provide the required financial and business information to key investors  - Primary node between investor, fund managers
