The Digital Marketing team at CACTUS is responsible for driving world class online marketing and search engine activities across our portfolio of global sites. This individual will be responsible to drive growth in new customer acquisition from SEM & affiliate marketing efforts. You will drive the overall SEM strategy for multiple markets (Asian & Western), aiming for aggressive growth in leads and with better ROI.  Responsibilities:  - Being responsible and accountable for lead generation and ROI  - Creating effective & efficient SEM strategies  - Managing multiple PPC accounts on Google Adwords, Overture, Yahoo, Bing etc. and other popular local search engines in each market  - Managing & supervising work related to PPC accounts for markets like US, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China  - Mentoring a small team of PPC & SEO experts  - Analyzing large sets of data, and multi-tasking across a wide array of responsibilities  Desired Candidate Profile  - An ideal applicant should have 5+ years of relevant experience in Pay-Per-Click advertising campaign management and Search Engine Optimization.  - Experience in managing multiple & high value accounts in Google adwords and Overture  - Concepts and understanding of internet marketing principals  - Functional experience in using Google Analytics, for website traffic statistics and analysis, including the use of funnel visualization.  - Understanding of principals and concepts behind split testing and/or multivariate testing of websites and campaign creative's (such as Pay-Per-Click advertisements) to optimize results  - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
