Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA  Cactus Communications is a pioneer in language services, offering English editing and other services to researchers and organizations worldwide.  At Cactus we are looking at an Associate Legal who would be responsible for :   - Responsible for drafting, review and vetting of all legal agreements of the organization related to Vendor agreement, NDAs, Client agreements, lease deeds etc.  - Manage all legal and contractual queries through legal help desk   - Streamlining of regular work process such as standardization of contracts, maintaining of contract database   - Research related to corporate laws  - In general, assist the Legal team in formalities with regard to adherence with local and overseas laws and regulations.
