Position – Talent Acquisition Manager

Location - Hyderabad

Responsibility –

- To manage end to end recruitment for all roles across different business lines.

- Build and develop relationships with designated line of business and stakeholders.

- Develop best recruitment strategies and options for the business by management of channels and suppliers.

- Work with candidates to provide highest level of services and represent the organization as an employer of choice.

- Provide business process analysis and process design, as appropriate.

- Act as global liaison between Partner and HR within specified process areas.

- Champion specific vendor projects, programs and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity.

- Experience of managing RPO is preffered.

- Extensive experience and knowledge of the recruitment Industry in India.
