Looking for Business Unit Manager for a leading Lighting Industry candidate should have 9+ Yrs of experience in Lighting industry. (Luminaire business).   Profile:  - Must be ideally from Lighting Industry and managing Lighting Project business.  - Experience level: 10+ years in Lighting industry. (Luminaire business)  - Hands on experience of building and managing sales team.  - Monitoring day-to-day operations of Lighting Project business.  - Middle East experience in similar capacity will be an advantage.  Job description:  - P&L responsibility of Lighting Project business.   - Ensure monthly sales and collection targets are met consistently.  - Material forecast and inventory control.  - Motivate and drive team of sales engineers and design engineers to consistently meet monthly target.  - Build and maintain good relationship with Principals and suppliers.  - Scout for new vendors and products in line with market demand.  - Making technical presentations to key accounts & consultants.  - Conducting product demo / mock-up.  - Guide / assist sales team in addressing mega projects, key accounts & in submitting quality proposals.  - Develop road map for launching newer lighting concepts and products in tandem with principals.  - Competition tracking and creating winning strategies to be market leader.
