Business Unit HR - Pharma (4-8 yrs)
I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in). We have been partnering Blue Chip companies across India for the last three decades.
Our client is one of the largest Pharma companies in India with significant global presence. It has entrusted us with the selection of a Business HR Manager for one of the company's SBUs.
KRA would be to provide strategic and operational support to the sales function, in terms of manpower planning, hiring, building culture, enabling structure for growth, capability development for future, ER matters for sales, managing people capability, talent management & engagement.
We invite applications from B-School graduates with 4-6 years of post qualification experience having exposure and adequate experience as a Generalist HR in a sales and marketing oriented set up.
The posting would be in their Head Office at Mumbai.
