Business Unit Head - Mini CEO - eCommerce (7-12 yrs)
- One of the fastest growing E - Commerce Organization is looking for a Business Unit Head - sort of a Mini CEO - whereby the person shall be responsible for :
- Owning the P&L responsibility of the business
- Responsible for designing the roadmap and strategy for the business line
- Shall work on planning and forecasting of revenue and growth
- Should have strong decision making and analytical skills
- Shall be overseeing the execution
- Someone who can work with the cross functional teams to make significant business impact.
- Someone whocan lead the Quality and Transformation for the organization.
Expectations :
1. We are looking at a very strong individual who has been a fast tracker in his / her career and has worked across the domains and gotten into the leadership level.
2. Someone who is currently managing the overall P&L and budgets of the organization / unit.
3. Someone who is entrepreneurial in nature and can take a deep dive into the ground matters
4. Ideally someone from a leading consulting firm (who has managed revenue margins) OR someone who has the experience of starting and running a business set up.
5. Should be very strong on communication and executive presence.
6. Ideally someone who has strong analytical skills and independent thought process.
7. Someone who has the ability to transform ideas into business deliverables.
