Our client is a leading MNC Bank and is hiring for its onshore phone banking unit catering to Australian market.  Business Trainer:  The intent of this role is to deliver a portfolio of business training programs, to support the sales and service functions to the employees who are servicing Bank's Australian market (phone banking Division).   Responsible for delivering business training programs supporting sales and service  - Responsible for applying adult learning principles while delivering or facilitating session  - Manage the training administration by effective use of bank's learning Management System ( GLMS)  - Responsible for the effective implementation of the core learning curricula to the highest standards.  - Provide ongoing input to the Central Business Learning team in bank's Australian division a) course improvements; b) new course needs; c) new course content development.  - Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define Learning needs and strategies  - Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results for learning programs.  - Strong planning, relationship building and training skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and work closely with the Central Business Learning team Supporting phone banking team of Australia  - Responsible for the training delivery execution to new and existing employees  - Provides Ongoing coaching and development for the new hires in the Classroom during business Induction training  - Ensure the timely evaluation of the Learners experiences.  Qualification:  - Proven experience as a trainer and competence with adult learning principles fostering a learning and self- improvement environment  - Experience in either an operational service or sales environment (ideally obtained within banking and finance)Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Comfortable using of MS Office applications such as Excel , PowerPoint presentation and Word  Experience in either an operational, service or sales environment (ideally obtained within banking and finance)   Incase interested, please send your resume.
