1 Assist the divisional top management-responsible for setting direction and managing it collectively

2 Business planning & Strategy for the division along with the CEO in line with organization's needs.

3 Responsible for finalizing Joint Venture partners & agreements with International/Local firms, review of technical & financial tenders/bids, presentations to clients, review of risk analysis.

4 Build strong network with various Private and Govt. stakeholders.

5 Monitoring and analysis of the various activities being performed on the projects.

6 Development of the thought for diversification in other allied sectors, preparation of pitch-packs, providing support to the leader identified for the chosen segment.

7 Help in development of short term and long term roadmap to build capabilities for the organisation.
