Business Strategy - Chairman's Office (5-15 yrs)
We are currently looking for a senior person for leading group whose job would be to keep an eye on the financial, operational and growth strategy of the fastest growing companies in India, Japan, Korea etc., and present his findings and recommendations to Chairman of the group.
- Undertake strategic studies involving multiple business verticals of the Group, and advise management with implementation frameworks.
- Develop and evaluate business plans/proposals for various opportunities, with focus on unlocking synergy across Group companies.
- Strategy, Business Planning, Business Unit Management, Fund Raising, Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Project Feasibility, Branding, Corporate Communication, Key Relationship Management, Risk Management, Investor Relationship, Key Commercial Negotiations, Business Process Streamlining etc.
- Potential Candidates Requirement:
- A person with both ACA/CA/ICWA and MBA degree, with deep analytical skills would be appropriate for the job.
