Strategy:
Identification of new opportunities / business models for the Group
Creating and assessing various business models
Financial modeling - Viability assessment
Development of strategy roadmap & trackers
Follow-up with various stakeholders & take ownership of roadmap
Assessment of Internal Process & Project Launch
Assessment of development process & timelines for project launch
Identification of roadblocks and propose solutions
Ownership of execution tracker and follow-up with various stakeholders
Asset Management:
Identification & prioritization of opportunities within the portfolio
Assessment of internal portfolio - establishing market-ability of land parcel, understanding of roadblocks, proposing solutions
Creation of database for internal portfolio - identification of challenges, follow-up with stakeholders, ownership for resolution
Support in assessment, evaluation and closing transactions for the portfolio across various models - Joint Development/ Joint Ventures/ Outright purchase of land.
Identify new opportunities for Joint Development/ Joint Ventures/ Outright purchase of land in the region.
Requisite Skills
- 3-4 years of experience post MBA (Real Estate experience preferred)
- MBA from Tier-1 Schools
- Knowledge of Financial Modeling and Real Estate Economics
- Knowledge of Basic Real Estate Development Process / Timelines / Land Laws preferred
- Solution oriented thinking - thriving in unstructured scenarios
