Business Strategy and Analytics Lead

- The position reports to the Zonal Business head of Retail /SME banking head of the North.

- The incumbent will partner with the regional business heads in monitoring business performance, work on business strategy and implementing the same across the zone.

Role will include and not be limited to:

- Monthly Flash & Forecast, Management Reporting and Presentation for the zone.

- Detailed Analysis of Revenue and expenditure for all lines of business in retail and SME banking.

- Managing the analytics for reviewing and monitoring the Annual Operating Plan - consolidation, review, trend and gap analysis, presentation.

- Working closely with regional and business heads in rolling out strategic initiatives in the zone.

Required profile:

- CA or MBA finance (Full Time) with relevant experience in a matrix organisation with sales distribution focus.
Analytical ability

- Ability to work with a varied set of stakeholders and maintain effective communication channel.

- Ability to manage work through a distributed team who are not direct reportees.
