- Comprehensive understanding of project management life cycle including designing & execution of Project Framework, Risk management, Scope Management, Time & Cost Management and Client Negotiations
- Managing Demand & Supply, Capacity and Resource Planning, Workforce Planning
- Project, Program & Portfolio Planning, Financial Planning and Governance
- Managing & analyzing Project & Portfolio Metrics, Utilization, Billing and Recovery
- Budget Forecasting and tracking actual spend against the bugdet
- Managing projects & portfolio
- Generating portfolio MI (Management Information) Dashboards & Reports
- Closely work with Global Strategic Consulting Firm
- Ensure compliance to Org Project Management Processes, Tools & Methodology
- Internal Communications and Change Management
- Training & Cross-Knowlegde Sharing across IT functions
