Education : BE From IIT .. & MBA From Tier 1 College like ISB,IIM,NIT.... is a must.

Reporting to the CEO.

Job Location : New Delhi

Salary: 16-20 LPA

Experience: 3 - 6 years

We are looking for a MBA or Engineer with prior experience in consulting / strategy / investment banking roles to solve real business problems and create direct impact in short-term and long-term goals of the company. Someone who has moved from an Analyst role to an Associate!

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity, with good attention to detail to identify problems, strategise practical solutions and execute like ninja across teams. If you feel this describes you then you should speak with us - we are sure you will have fun!

Your role would include the following:

1) Support leadership team in monitoring and managing functional KPIs.

2) Keep track of all business numbers for sales / account management / operations and recommend actionable insights.

3) Prepare financial models for company and do Q' analysis for board meetings.

4) Work with functional leads to strategize plans for the Q- and monitor it.

5) Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly internal and investor related reporting.

6) Work on pilot projects with multiple teams from Sales / Operations / CS / Product, to understand their processes and redefine them for better efficiency and more impact.

Must have :

1) Minimum 3 years of consulting / strategy / investment banking roles.

2) Strong analytical skills with solid grasp on Excel / Powerpoint.

3) Ability to work across different teams & regions and align everyone towards a common goal.

4) Outgoing, self-starter, strong communicator, personable.

5) Strong bias towards action and not get stuck in analysis / paralysis.

6) MBA/Engineers who worked as EA to the CEO will be Preferred.

7) Have Excellent Communication Skills & Cross Functional Execution Experience across regions.
