Department: Strategy and Business Advisory

Reporting to: Vice President- Strategy

Location: Noida (Person must be a resident of NCR)

Qualification: MBA

Prior Work Ex:  3-5 years of post MBA experience in Business/Operational advisory – In the energy management, hotels, retail, real estate only

Purpose: Bring expertise in quality of daily life solutions through a deeper understanding of the changing work place of the future to advise clients on building our their corporate real estate strategies. To bring innovation to Sodexo’s existing business in line with market trends and client needs through creating new business process and seeking out partnerships that have that expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

 - Keeping abreast of workplace evolutions and bringing latest concepts in solution development

 - Tracking critical clients’ key developments and prepare a response map if required

 - Leverage industry best practices to create unique innovative solutions for the clients

 - Provide business knowledge and solution expertise to Operations teams in conceptualizing solution to mitigate client’s pain points

 - Planning and execution of projects to improve current real estate end use effectiveness

 - Real estate related cost reduction (in terms of operational costs for maintaining and using exisitng real estate)

 - Structuring of any business solutions / support functions around facilities

 - Move management / rollout management / expansion management

 - Continuously prepare, update and bring in new tools and processes to enable solution development

 - Preparing a repository of best practices and standard elementary solutions, SPOC for all new solution development queries

 - Creation of corporate real estate strategy for clients

 - Work with business heads by sharing industry best practice and helping them implement the same

 - Focus on improving operational and organizational productivity through improved process

 - To support potential M&A opportunities:  Due Diligence – Commercial and Financial / Valuation

 - Support in formulation of the strategy for the organization in terms of providing insights on  new solutions/ services to be provided to existing and new clients

 - Liaise with Sodexo global teams for identifying various solutions/ value added services offered by Sodexo globally

 - Identify new solutions/ services (based on understanding of the Indian market as well as the solutions offered by Sodexo globally) that can be evaluated for development for the Indian market

 - Support in the formulation of market entry strategies for foray into new / emerging segments and services/ solutions

 - Support in the evaluation of new solutions in terms of the overall costs involved and the corresponding return on investment on these solutions

 - Support to any other business consulting activity in the company
