Function: Business Service Group (BSG)

Reports to: BSG Market Lead, ENA & AHQ

Role Purpose:

- Build, maintain and enhance relationships with our internal and external stakeholders

- Liaison between BSG and Market as single point of contact

- First escalation point for issue resolution and embedding of sustainable improvements

- Manage delivery of service for their market

- Governance and performance reporting with markets

Scope:

- The role covers the RBSA market

- The role covers all E2E processes managed by BSG on behalf of RBSA markets for all the process towers including RTR, PTP, MDM, and HTR

Accountabilities:

- Manage the relationship and coordinate the delivery of services for RBSA to ensure services are delivered as per SOW and the target performance is attained

- Lead monthly business review with the market and make the necessary planning to ensure resources are available to deliver objectives as measured by agreed KPIs

- Pro-actively engage BSG Global service managers and Service Delivery teams to optimize how services are delivered for RBSA in line with policy and processes defined by the Global Process Owners

- Connect as appropriate with Global service managers as required to be abreast of policies and procedures development and propose improvements

- Participate in the deployment of BSG Services and ERP deployments to new markets in RBSA

- Be an ambassador for BSG, optimizing opportunities to deliver process improvement to our customers

- Identify opportunities for Process Improvement and work with Global Service Managers and RBSA stakeholders to deliver agreed action plans

Key Challenges:

- Establish and maintain a trusted partnership with RBSA Leadership to ensure the successful delivery of service to the market from BSG

- Where improvement is required, work with RBSA Leadership to drive process compliance, end-user education, and process improvement to deliver improved performance levels

- Exposure to senior stakeholders in RB through the delivery of highly visible projects and initiatives

Qualification and experience:

- Proven experience of business partnering Finance, HR and/or Supply

- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through superior communication and presentation skills

- The experience of working in a complex, Matrix organization with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential.

- Relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or international equivalent) or comparable experience preferred

- Project Mgmt., 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential

- Strong focus on controls and compliance

Travel requirements:

- Expected to spend 25% of time with RBSA leadership and occasional travel to other RB locations
