Business Sales Head - Media

Job Description :

- Conceptualizing, Designing and Managing the Marketing strategies for driving the growth blueprint for current and new Brands, Packs, Channels, Geographies and Key customers.

- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include coaching, mentoring, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

- Responsible for all Processes & Systems for the Creative team across.

- Forecast & achieve the targets with the team, as discussed and agreed with the management.

- Develop sales plans and goals by studying and understanding the market and undertake the promotional campaigns.

Candidate Requirement :

- Should have a minimum 3/4 yrs experience in any one, like PRINT, TV, RADIO, Digital Media is required

- Candidate currently in any other industry in Sales & Marketing is okay, but should have a prior MEDIA experience

- Full Time MBA is a must

- Local Tamil Language spoken and sound understanding is a must
