Position – Research Manager(primary/secondary research, client interface, team management etc )

Experience – 9-10 years of relevant experience into Business research(primary & secondary research)

Domain – research ,consulting, Business/outsourcing advisory

The requirements of this function are as follows:

- Overall operational responsibility of the relevant practice research requirements

- Owning and leading the creation of research IP and products

- Managing and guiding a team of Researchers in designing, developing and conducting research studies

- Team management – role allocation, quality checking, time management, management of deliverables

- Interfacing with senior external and internal clients on research studies

- Supporting client offshore diligence visits

- Owning Knowledge Management of company Global Service Delivery IP

- Leading interactions with the service provider community to build company awareness of their capabilities and building points of view on the market and suppliers

- Managing databases on market and suppliers

- Driving Indian market facing activities such Sourcing Industry Conferences, company Index release etc.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Master’s degree in any discipline; MBA would be good to have

- 9-10 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity

- Strong background in research (market/business); analysis and/or marketing experience

- Expertise in primary and secondary research

- Demonstrated skills in team management and client interaction

- Excellent understanding of outsourcing/offshoring domain
