Your challenge You will play an instrumental role in the company-wide transformation through hands-on contributing to the Record-to-Report (R2R) process transformation. You will use your knowledge of R2R best practices, process design and standardization to develop and implement processes that directly contribute to a more effective and efficient end-to-end R2R landscape with a focus on the Revenue Recognition for Large Scale Projects (LSP), Customer Financing solutions and new business models. - Execute capability maturity assessment, translate these into business (process) requirements and prioritize - Drive adoption and continuously monitor process performance, analytics and identify opportunities for improvement (level 4-7) - Collect and review process change and improvement proposals from the organization, bring forward relevant change proposals to the lead BPOs, support local improvements where necessary - Collect, document and share best practices from the transformations for re-use in next projects and into overall PEPF - Actively interact with other PCO's to share knowledge on improvement practices We are looking for A candidate who is/has: - Qualified CA - Excellent understand of accounting &amp; finance principles - Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven problem solving capabilities - Mature process thinking and process design competencies - In-depth SAP knowledge, Preferably MP1 - Excellent collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to - team up- to solve problems - Inquisitive and creative, with an ability to think outside the box to identify solutions - Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment
