Job Responsibilities:

- Driving high levels of efficiency in the delegated attention seeking areas, vis-à-vis cost / process / No. of Transactions etc

- Building excellent logical thought process for gap representation effectively

- Ensure timely closures of gaps, helping function/s emerge as efficient

- Ability to analyze gaps and with root cause analysis, and further solution to best partner with stake holders

- Should have leadership skills like: relationship management, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing

- Must possess planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation within the organization

Desired candidate:

- Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience.

- Should have worked on multiple projects

- Green Belt/ Black Belt certified

- Have worked on Process improvement projects
