Jabong.com is a fast growing ecommerce company with focus on fashion and lifestyle. The current opening is in the core Operations team which takes key cross functional initiatives within the organisation. The candidate would be the champion of change in the organisation and should have the ability to independently identify and drive process improvement initiatives.

Role

The candidate would be required to:

- Quickly understand in detail the business process which require intervention

- Analyze and identify the gaps

- Redesign the process to bring operational efficiencies, improve turn around times and reporting

- Manage the stakeholders to get their buy-in

- Get the redesigned process implemented

- Ensure adherence to the process and manage exceptions and escalations

Skills

- Truckloads of common sense; ability to provide simple solutions to complex problems

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to communicate with all staff levels and understand the complexities involved

- Ability to work under stiff timelines

Background

- 4+ years of practical experience in consulting preferably business process re-engineering

- B.Tech and MBA from premier institutions

Others

- Middle management profile; reporting to Director, Operations

- Salary would as per industry standards and depend upon the profile of candidate
