Business Process Engineer - Associate (4-7 yrs)

We have an opportunity with leading MNC in Bangalore.

Role: Business Process Engineer

Level: Associate

Experience: 4-7 years

The goal is to strengthen the methods and capabilities associated with business process management in Operations. The Business Process Management team will be responsible for leading the establishment and execution of our Operations Design Methods, overseeing its adoption and governing design. Given the changes in the financial services industry and opportunity for driving dramatic improvement in Operations, these will be highly visible roles with significant potential for commercial impact.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with Operations subdivisions to review business processes, generate recommendations leveraging different analysis techniques including Six Sigma, and quantify business cases for subsequent implementation

- Lead the effort to integrate design standards, approaches, tools and other enablers into one coherent Business Process Management capability for Operations to use in designing solutions. In developing our design capability we are first and foremost focused on process design and need to establish a strong business process management capability

- Collaborate with change groups both inside and outside of Operations to ensure our BPM capability is understood, adopted and supported

- Drive the streamlining and standardization of business processes performed across the Operations Division

- Build relationships with key stakeholders in Operations and be an evangelist for BPM throughout the Division..

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) / Masters Degree in business or engineering

- 4+ years of professional experience

- 2+ years of practical process improvement and / or process re-engineering

- Hands on experience of one or more quality management methods i.e.: LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM, BPR

- Ability to work across products, regions and functions

- Ability to work in project teams to help formulate the implications of a specific solution across the process, e.g. costs, risk, potential for re-use of services developed, etc.

- Highly collaborative, team-oriented and strong consensus builder with confidence in interaction with senior stakeholders

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
