Business Process Analyst

Reporting to : GM - Opex

Support successful delivery of OPEX projects

- As part of the company expansion and business development in India, it is relevant that the growth is systemic and supports the business strategy through well defined and standardized processes.

- Opex has been established since 2014 and was created as an enabler towards supporting the organisational strategy whilst being the entry point for group process and system changes.

As part of OPEX in the capacity of business process analyst and working closely with the GM for OPEX you will be expected to :

- Understand business requirements as foundation for process improvement.

- Support the delivery of OPEX projects by conducting analysis, designing solutions and contribute to the implementation of solutions that deliver standardised and efficient processes.

- Identify areas of improvement with the business through active engagement with solutions and contribute to the implementation of solutions that deliver standardised and efficient processes.

- Identify areas of improvement with the business through active engagement with branch and business stakeholders and review of branch and national metrics.

- Ensure standard procedures and guidelines are implemented and perform checks to validate compliance. Where relevant provide feedback and input where changes are required

- Drive continuous improvement of the process performance and team management by - speaking with data- and use of visual management systems.

Skills/Knowledge :

- Solid understanding of DSV business, including core systems (EDI, sales force)

- Strong result orientation and track record of delivering results.

- Experience of Business process development and improvement, backed by strong problem solving and analytical skills

- General freight forwarding AIR/SEA/ROAD, with minimum 2 plus years- experience

- Experience of interacting with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.

Competencies :

- Self starter and can work independently

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Analytical and improvement mindset.

- Hands-on personality

- Ability and willingness to take personal ownership and responsibility
