Business Process Analyst (Business Consultant)

Responsibilities :

- Participate / lead company's India ERP ln FP 7 optimalizations phase.

- Establish and optimize business processes by aligning them into ERP ln FP 7 standard processes / functionality.

- Perform requirement gathering and analyze business requirements to translate them into system configurations and or development specifications.

- Create and maintain application documentation / specification ERP ln FP 7

- Support ERP ln FP 7, data-warehouse key user's organization(s) for all India sites.

- Develop and implement test plans / scenarios to ensure that the maintenance / test cycles are carried out occurring internal procedure.

- Responsible for seamless operations of era application based on the provision of stable it infrastructure it era team management.

Expectations :

- Follow standard company's act policies.

- Provide support to operational users.

- Manage annual maintenance / solutions and required testing.

- Initiating business improvements.

- Negotiating / coordinating with annual maintenance service providers.

- Analyze the gap between standard functionality and business process followed by company.

- Maintenance of the inform era dem.

- Co-ordination with local ict team / manager.

- IT ERP budget preparation.

- Assist head finance to prepare the project plans for erp related projects.

- Assist head finance to control and monitor the erp related projects.

- Assist head finance to implement the erp system based internal controls.

Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in finance / computer science, software engineering, general information technology or a related field and

- At least 5 (five) years of relevant experience with inform ERP ln.

- Project management / business analysis with software development / implementation projects.

- Candidate should have strong understanding and knowledge of inform ERP ln fp 7 modules, taxasion and India localization. (functional and technical knowledge).

Skills :

- Extensive knowledge of processes in relation to inform ERP ln modules.

- Good communication skills.

- Written and spoken fluent in English.

- Ability to coach, mentor and train personnel.

- Problem solving skills.

- Strong business and system analytical skills.
