Business Planning Manager-Internal projects.  - Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities  - Define and manage program governance, risk management, execution plans and Change Management across workstreams.  - Lead the reporting team, driving automation, quality on-time delivery of MIS reports  - Participate in defining operating framework for the team's future engagement, capability development  - Participate/Lead consulting, change management and auditing kind of engagements internal to ITO business (across functions)  - Lead standardization, simplification programs on cost accounting , delivery rates, operational excellence, labor strategy  - Drive policy formulation and implementation initiatives. Policies spanning across service delivery, productivity & utilization and financial framework  - Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable and financially viable, against defined strategic objectives  - Develops data-driven analysis to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value  - Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities  - Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement  Skills required  - Should demonstrate thought leadership & Should have clear and structured thinking.  - Have relevant strategic planning experience to be able to prepare planning documents and frameworks  - Should be able to connect business finance, marketing and sales, operations and delivery and produce a holistic framework for senior management decision making  - Have good communication skills with the ability to bring people with him/her from a variety of functional areas  - Be culturally sensitive and have experience in working across a variety of countries and regions  - Demonstrate an ability to work in a matrix environment both in terms of being managed in one as well as managing teams in a matrix orientation  - Understanding of basic statistical modeling and data analysis techniques will be an added advantage  Work Experience and education:  - PG: MBA (Finance, Operations, General Management)/ PGDM/CA from B Schools.  Total 10 years exp and 6+ years of post MBA experience in areas like internal audit (business process/financial process), business planning, financial planning and analysis, management consulting (related to operational efficiency in ITES sector)  - Experience in program management/ managing project management office (PMO)  - Familiar with business planning cycle, budgeting, costing, business performance review and tracking processes
