Business Planning Consultant

Job Description

- Understand the business needs of a customer and draft business plans

- Collate research and analytical data around economic, industry, competitors and market trends as necessary.

- Business Development responsibilities to develop client relationships and acquisitions

- Deliver and manage multiple consulting engagements

- Ability to engage with customers both domestic and international

- Mentor and managing a team of (1-5) Analysts/Associate Consultants

- Strong business English, both written and communication skills

- Any other activity that may be needed by the organization from time to time under the Array portfolio of ventures

Qualification

MBA in Finance, Operations, Systems, Strategy International Business, Marketing, Other Management

Experience: 3 - 7 years (Consulting Industry Preferred)

Skills Required:

- Capable of performing detailed financial and business strategy preparation and analysis

- Capable of business research and report documentation

- Proficient on Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

- Knowledge of Business Strategy, Financial Analysis and Business Statistics

- Good verbal and written English skills

- Ability to interact with clients on an ongoing basis

- Team player, self-motivated, willing to work for a startup

Employment Terms & Conditions:

Salary - INR 7,00,000/- to INR 12,00,000/- per annum. This will comprise of a fixed portion and a variable performance based payout

Contract - Full time employee with a 6 months - probation period

Base Location - Kolkata. The candidate will need to travel out of the base location should there be a requirement. In the event of the company setting up offices out of Kolkata, the candidate may as part of the job be transferred to that location.
