We have an urgent requirement with a leading telecom company & a leading restaurant chain in market.  Job Role: BPA  Qualification Required: CA/MBA Tier 1 College  Location: Gurgaon  Must Have: Exposure In Preparation Of Business Plan, Aop, Annual Operation Plan  Roles:  Preparation of bottoms up annual business plans and long term business plans in line with top down stakeholders- aspirations.  - Ensure timely preparation and circulation of functional and management reports for effective decision making.  - Preparation of rolling business plan incorporating cash requirements in line with changing requirements/dynamics of the business.  - Ensure timely preparation and circulation of MAPA and analysis of variance vs AOP and rolling forecasts of Financial and Non-Financial parameters.  - Project tracking with respect to timelines and Cost vs Approved Budget.  - Financial validation/evaluation of all consumer promotions, pricing, (Pre-launch and post launch), Capex decisions and new site proposals.  - Develop business models for new products and service offerings e.g dough commissary etc  - Ensure correct configuration of various promotions in Micros through UAT sign-off.  - Identify and drive areas for revenue maximization and cost rationalization and optimization.   - BI tool implementation.  Apply Here  Ashima
