The Role :

The business partner would be responsible for generating revenues from his area of operation by identifying new clients, generating business in form of search requirements, and coordinating with the centralized search team to identify right candidates to ensure closure.

He/She would broadly handle;

Client Management

- Build New clients for executive search business.

- Consult / advise the client on the business within the context of a search mandate.

- Ensure the mandate being provided has a high degree of closure.

Revenue Management

- Prospect for search mandates from current, past and potential clients.

- Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded

Assignment Management

- Execute and close search-assignments successfully within the given time frame

- Coordinate with delivery team for timely execution of each mandate

- Ensure the search mandate is completed successfully within the stipulated timelines and to the client's satisfaction

Practice Management

- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings

The Person :

- 6+ years of Sales and BD experience, having handled B2B business.

- Strong motivation towards Entrepreneurship.

He/She should;

- Possess clarity of thought and analytical capability

- Have an excellent general knowledge & industry awareness

- Demonstrate strong commercial orientation

- Have excellent spoken, written and presentation skills

- Possess well-developed networking skills

- Have a high-level of ownership to client/search process
