Business Operations Manager - Executive Assistant to President (1-5 yrs)

Manager Business Operation is expected to be working closely with business divisions through the President's office. She/he will be involved in projects with all our various divisions & support functions.

Key objective of this role is to provide strategic support to the President to ensure smooth running of the business aspects of the President's office and on-time delivery of key projects. The Manager Business Operation will be expected to assist the President in achieving some of the key the organizational priorities. It's a key profile and in many ways would work as a catalyst to ensure the company delivers to the best of its capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting President in in Business Documentation, Presentations, Market Research and equipping with essential business related information.

2. Assisting President in strategizing & execution of special initiatives for achievement of financial goals.

3. Tracking of business indices of various division's & functions.

4. Strategic initiatives: Leading and executing company-wide initiatives from the President's desk. It may require deep-diving into certain areas.

5. Market research and inputs: provide updates and inputs on macro and industry level trends.

6. Systems and processes: Play an active role in streamlining and setting up of certain systems and processes.

7. Coordinating with multiple Divisions, Market Research, Finance, Distribution teams and equipping Corporate Communication team with IF Business planning, activities and information.

8. Working with finance and operation teams on GC improvement projects.

9. Working on expiry management with business, distribution & operations.

10. Provide and execute solutions for business problems.

Education

MBA + BE/BTech

Experience 1-5 years

Knowledge and Skills

(Functional / Technical)

- Understanding of various financial analytics tool

- Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Understanding of Pharmaceutical Market and Trends

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Information gathering and monitoring skills

- Observing strict confidentiality at all times

- Team Player

Leadership / Managerial
