- Degree holder and preferable an MBA.  - 5 to 8 years of related direct selling experience, preferably with multi-national company, possessing an in-depth knowledge of business and software consulting.  - Communication skill in writing and presentation.  - With at least 5 years prior experience in IT Solution selling and domain experience in state government/PSU  - Demonstrate proven record of complex solution selling to specific sector  - Require a broad understanding of clients’ business and industry issues  - Extensive experience in selling to C-level and well connected in the market place  - Excellent communication and presentation / demonstration skills
