Job Description
- Marketing Strategy: Analyze the Market thoroughly and prepare a product positioning strategy in alignment with the goals.
- Market Share Development: To plan and monitor the development of Market Share and to take appropriate actions to meet the agreed targets.
- Sales Support: Provide sales related support to the RMs, Group Leaders and Key Account Managers in order to help achieve the necessary Market Share plans.
- Continued Communication with the Market: Utilize all approved channels of communication available to be in touch with the market (e.g. Product Publicity/Advertisement, Direct Mailers, and Trade Exhibitions) in order to maintain visibility of the BLs solutions and to be responsive to the market needs.
- Updating content in Sales presentations: Create/Update the content of Sales presentation with latest arguments optimized to market requirements.
- Pre-sales demonstrations: To plan and execute pre sales equipment demos in order to ensure that the prospect is converted into order acquisition.
- Regional trainings: Plan, organize the regional technical trainings to all relevant stakeholders i.e. RMs, GLs, KAMs and Business partners.
- Luminary and KOL development: Periodically meet and develop Luminary and KOL customers to build and leverage relationship for long term business interests.
- Competition Tracking: Gather market intelligence to understand competition strategies and proactively prepare counter measures to further sales strategies.
- Strategy: Devise innovative schemes and to be cognizant about new business opportunities for incremental top line.
- IB Retention: Track and retain existing IB by suitable 'farming' schemes.
Profile
The successful candidate comes with a Minimum of 10 Years Experience in Sales & Marketing of Diagnostic Imaging Capital Equipment products across the country. BE/B.Tech in Electronics with MBA as an additional qualification is preferable.
