Business Lead - Analytics COE

Seeking a refine Analytics SME - to run and manage support Retail Risk Management by fulfilling the following core responsibilities.

- This role is to support Retail Risk Management by handling complex operational demands and develop sustained processes to strengthen the hiring, training, budget, project management and Business Risk and Control Management capabilities.

- The leader would Identify key operational challenges and formulate initiates to minimize them

- She/He would direct and manage aspects of the Business Risk Control Management function and capability in the execution of an effective operational risk and internal control management program, identifying and assess operational risks and controls within risk teams.

- She/He would partner with business leaders including line managers and HR colleagues to drive people strategies along with appropriate organizational effectiveness interventions when required.

- She/he would provide ongoing analysis and decision support to the team to improve productivity and governance.

- One has to act as project manager for identified strategic initiatives ensuring follow-through and sustaining momentum needed to drive initiatives to completion.

- The incumbent needs to proactively identify and address the people management related challenges within the team. Assess and manage the business partner expectations. Manage the budget for the team, in case P&L responsibility exists.

- She/He would Create strong processes and controls to minimize operational risks.

Note: one must have Project management background with in depth command in Analytics.
