Join the Emerging Industry   Looking for someone with 10+ yrs of experience in the areas of BI Solution Development  Must be strong in People Leadership   Education :   Any Bachelor's or Master's from Premier Institute, Preferably from Tier 1 or Foreign Universities.   Must Have experience into Data Stage , Hadoop, Teradata, Microstrategy and other EIM tools , Data Warehouse & BI Intelligence.  Roles & Responsibilities:  The position will be responsible for managing and delivering technology solutions to support Analytics and Reporting projects supporting strategic initiatives that drive bottom line value by leveraging data .   The Person will work hand-in-hand with senior leadership within the organization to define, build and deliver technology solutions that use Hadoop, Teradata, Microstrategy and other EIM tools.   This position also includes engineering responsibilities for a couple of portfolios – starting from identifying opportunities, understanding scope, listing down skill set & tool requirements and finally setting up the team (hiring and training included).   Furthermore, this position will be the focal point for communicating project progress to headquarters business owners, managing India resource assignment against changing priorities and ensuring the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.   This role in addition will be leading the EIM global QA organization and will be responsible for providing resources and best practices for the EIM QA team.
