We are looking for an HR professional with a Generalist background with strong experience in Talent Acquisition. The incumbent will be responsible for managing entire HR activities for a cluster.  Ideal Candidate profile  1) Strong Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience (But a generalist profile required. Candidates with only recruitment experience will not be considered). Volume hiring experience will be a plus  2) Good communication siklls  3) High result orientation  4) Ability to manage stakeholders  5) Experience from BFSI industry only. Insurance experience will be preferred.
