Job Responsibilities :  Human Resource Strategy & Operations :   - Responsible for reviewing jobs periodically and make necessary upgrades in the job descriptions  - Comp & Benefits, Payroll : Design the salary structure for different positions, Design and implement Compensation (Fixed and Variable Pay Plan). Rewards & Recognition programme Management if any  - Human Resource Operations : The management of workers compensation issues, health benefits and compensation reviews,   - Responsible for working closely with the COO and supports in policy formulation and articulating implementing strategies related to people related processes and systems both focused on the short term and long term objectives of the company  - Develop and implement and annual agenda for Human Resource strategy in line with the business plan  - Ensure Human Resource supports the CPO & CSO for their Human Resource needs  - Responsible for keeping an eye on critical data related to Human Resource budgets, costs for various processes, staff turnover, building talent pools and training  - Creating a robust and effective Human Resource team.  - Responsible for bringing in all innovations and value additions to grow the Human Resource culture within the organisation  - Responsible for making organisation a great place to work  Talent Engagement & Performance Management  Entire Talent Management : Analyse staffing needs, job specifications, manpower budgeting and planning in consultation with the Functional Heads.  Employee Engagement & Relations : Ensure continuous engagement by creating touch points through regular skip level sessions, Open discussion etc. In- charge of employee relations, employee grievances including counseling, one-on-one sessions across section and implement corrective actions  Performance Management : Drive performance Management. Create KRA's for all the levels and departments. Design and implement calendar to track Confirmation and Annual Appraisals process. Drive the annual Performance Management cycle - through adequate training on goal setting, midyear reviews and year end performance discussions.  - Responsible for ensuring career pathing across roles & geographies  - Responsible for working closely with the CEO& COO in identifying the star performers within the organisation and identifying and implementing fast track programmes for such individuals  Learning & Development :  - Identifying training needs based on outcome of the competency model of an individual as well as organization and develop training programmes and design & roll out the annual training calendar  Admin and Statutory Compliance :  - Handle PF, ESI, & PT related issues, PF Nomination, PF-Withdrawal and PF-Transfer  - Responsible for putting together a comprehensive employee manual covering employee related policies and procedures  - Exit formalities & Other Operations - Exit Interview, Full & Final Settlements after No Due certification, issue termination letter, relieving letter, and experience letter  - Responsible for bringing in and enhancing technology within the department to ensure smooth functioning  Qualification & Experience :  - MBA prefered or equivalent degree   - Minimum 6 - 8 years of work experience preferred  - Experience in Human Resource & Talent Management
