Brief job responsibilities:

- Candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, life cycle management of employee entry to exit.

- Person should also be actively involved in employee engagement activities, implementing it through out the organization.

- Person should be of a strategic bent of mind, and conceptually strong on HR systems, should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
