Business HR Head - Mfg

The current opportunity is with a Fortune 500 manufacturing and sales oriented organization. It is perhaps one of the most admired companies worldwide and the leader in the industry.

We wish to select the Business HR Head for the Northern Region.

North is one of the largest and highest contributing .It has an employee strength of 1000+. He/she would have to plan & provide HR support to the Commercial functions in the Region and Sales HQ in achieving the Organization vision/ mission & goals.

We invite applications from Senior HR Champions/Generalists with strategic and innovative bent of mind who would be responsible for inculcating and bringing up innovative HR systems in Employee engagement, Rewards, Talent acquisition and retention, Talent development and management within the Business HR framework.

Premier B School graduates (8-10yrs post qualification exp) working with large FMCG/Durables/Telecom/Auto companies.

Must have had a well rounded experience in employee life-cycle management.

Must be aware of the complexities of a sales set up.
