Job Description: Manager – Business HR
Experience: 7 – 10 years
Salary: 13 – 15 Lacs p.a.
Preferred Industry: BPO / KPO / BFSI
- To work closely with central recruitment team to deliver effective and efficient service.
- To support the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the divisions people/headcount plans.
- To provide operational support to divisional managers and HR teams and the business through the provision of advice, assistance and support in all day to day aspects
- To be responsible for supporting line managers in managing and resolving more complex operational issues that arise.
- To manage and act as key point of contact throughout annual salary review, bonus and appraisal processes.
- To advise managers on employee relations issues and employment policy and its application
- To support the employee relations process throughout change programmes as required
- To analyse, interpret & report business information where appropriate
- Support divisional HR teams in the reporting of people performance data through management information, survey data, external best practice and case studies.
